  • Place the nozzle just inside the upper nostril creating a seal in order to avoid any solution from running onto the face. Keep the mouth open and continue to breathe normally throughout the nasal irrigation.
  • Tilt the head to one side

Mild Irrigation : Use between 60 and 120ml per nostril

 

    • Use between 60 and 120ml per nostril with the help of the graduation marks on the side of the bottle. For children, adjust the flow to the « 1 drop » position and use 60ml per nostril and carry out the irrigation preferably before meals.
  • Tilt the head to drain the remaining solution from the nasal cavities then gently blow the nose.
  • Discard any remaining solution. Rinse all parts of the device in clean water and leave to air dry.
  • Store the device in a clean, dry place.
  • When using for the first time the amount of solution entering the nasal cavities can often give the impression of drinking water, this should not alarm you. This sensation is quite normal and should disappear during subsequent use.
